Our spacious, quiet,clean,condo provides you with all the benifits of home,but with the opportunity to enjoy the superior facilities of a luxury resort.
Our3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully air conditioned Condo has been furnished to provide a relaxing haven to return home to, after enjoying all that Florida has to offer
There is a large family room with relaxing sofas,24" television with cable, DVD player,Hi Fi ( a selection of DVD's and CD's are provided for your enjoyment), Sony Playstation with a selection of games. There is a spacious dining area with seating for six. This room leads to a furnished balcony overlooking a tranquil woodland conservation area. For our guests added comfort we have recently installed a ceiling fan - lovely for those long balmy nights with a cool drink in hand...
Our master bedroom,complete with its own en suite bathroom/shower has a Queen-size bed, 19" TV with cable, clock radio & hairdryer. There is also the use of a digital safe within the large walk in wardrobe/closet.
Our second bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, portable TV, hairdryer and large fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has twin beds and again, large fitted wardrobes.
The second bathroom is fitted with vanity unit, full size bath and shower
All Bed linen and towels provided
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, including waste disposal,dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle. We provide all crockery, cutlery, glasses & cooking utensils. There is also a full size washing machine and seperate dryer,iron & ironing board in a seperate utility area.
There is telephone access at the condo - all local calls are FREE

situated off Highway 192 (Formosa Gardens)
and offers some of the best facilities in the area. Enjoy a swim in the beautiful Olympic size pool, or a dip in the hot tub Take in a film at the 54 seater cinema, or if you feel really energetic - there is a fully equipped gym!
The children are not forgotten - they have their own splash pool, playground and games room. There is also a floodlit volleyball & tennis courts.
A picnic area, compete with BBQ's, are located within the most beautiful surroundings. Finally there is a lovely clubhouse where you will find billiards,snooker,air hockey and video arcade.
